Deadline
Print display ads for the program are due by February 29, 2024.

Ad Sizes
Full page print ads – 8.5” W x 11” H (please include bleeds for full page ads only)
Live area 8” x 10” (all type must stay within the live area)
Bleeds need to be set to .125” all the way around document
½ print ads – 7” W x 4.875” H
¼ print ads – 7” W x 2.375” H
Non-Print Ads
If you are sponsoring the mobile app, sponsored totes, and directional or registration signage, high-resolution logos will need to be emailed in the following format by February 29, 2024.
.AI, .EPS, PDF – 300 dpi
